Hi, I’m Natalie Mangiaracina. I’m a mindfulness-based yoga instructor, energy medicine practitioner, and plant medicine facilitator.
I first discovered I am a highly sensitive person when I began to seek external support for the severe depression I was experiencing. During that time, I discovered that not everyone in the world feels the same way I do…
In fact, only about 15-20% of the population is considered highly sensitive. I realized what that means is that the society we live in was created for the other 80-85% - whose baseline for stress, stimulation, and emotional regulation is VERY different than mine and that of other HSPs.
At times, I have felt like an alien in a strange world because of this. Ultimately, these realizations have led me down a path of understanding what it truly means to thrive and feel empowered by my sensitive nature, rather than attempting to fit myself into a box that I was never meant to be in.
